I had been looking for a nice cruising bike for a while, then a 2016 Moto Guzzi v7 ii popped up at Southwest Superbikes. Being from out of state (Tennessee) I was unsure of how the purchase would go down since I couldn't see the bike, or ride it before purchasing. But, Chris and the team walked me through the process easily. They explained every detail of the bike, how it rode and I had full confidence the bike was exactly how they described it. Boy, I was not disappointed. Now, 10 days later I'm riding my perfect bike through the Tennessee back hills. It's a dream. Turns heads and is exactly what I needed. Would not hesitate to buy from Southwest Superbikes again. Even from across the country.

I've been in the market for a BMW F800GS Dual Sport for quite a while. I browsed CycleTrader on a Sunday afternoon, made a few inquiries on several bikes expecting to get a follow up later that week. Chris, from Southwest Superbikes, got back to me within 30 minutes and the rest is history. I've never met a more helpful, professional, and genuine sales person in my life. Having never visited the Superbike showroom floor, Chris made the online purchase extremely comfortable for me. From the start, Chris set himself apart from the pack with his responsiveness and all around motorcycle knowledge. He worked with me on price, went out of his way to answer a myriad of random questions, tailored the payment process to meet my needs, and ensured the shipping company I hired was sufficient and trustworthy when they arrived to the dealership. It is hard to find this level of customer service in society today. This process was undoubtedly the best motorcycle purchase I've ever had. I highly recommend Southwest Superbikes; make sure you ask for Chris! You won't be let down!

Carlos did an awesome job! I found the bike I wanted on the website and contacted Carlos and from the first contact to the delivery he was on top of it. My bike was shipped to Sacramento in perfect condition and Carlos kept me informed throughout the sales process. I highly recommend Carlos and Southwest Superbikes, I got a great price on my bike and every aspect of the sales process was handled professionally.

I recently purchased a Honda Africa Twin from SWSuperbikes. I live in Kansas and had some hesitation about making the commute only to be disappointed. It turned out however to be one of the best vehicle buying experience I have had. Carlos and owner Mark were excellent to deal with and showed great interest in making sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied. Mark spent additional time showing me various equipment options that could consider for the bike and gave a personal tour of his show room of old racing cycles. Very impressed!

Mark went above and beyond to re-unite me with a bike my dad bought for me over 20 years ago. Mark picked it up for me in Red Oak Texas and took it to his shop and he and his service department restored it to the bike I knew and enjoyed so much with my dad. I cant say enough about the personalized service they deliver. These guys are the best!

I bought an M109R the guys were cool, I'm a first time used Motorcycle buyer and they showed me around and tried to help me as much as possible choosing a good Bike. The guys are really personable and they want to get you on a bike, so that's awesome. They wanted me to sit in every bike to get a feel for what I was wanting and as a big guy 6'3" 270, I needed a big bike no matter how much I love the looks of a liter sport Bike, they just don't fit the size of my body very well.I ended up getting the M109R like I had planned on doing, partially because I'm stubborn and partially because of my size. The other choice that I really loved the look of was the Vulcan S which to be honest I still want to go buy after I pay this baby off. To me there is nothing very special about it as far as performance goes, but man do I love the matte green in matte black combo and the feel of the Vulcan S second to that of the M109R. The owner is really friendly and went out of his way to buy me an owners manual for the used bike I bought, upon my request for an manual, and I really appreciate that. I also loved that you let us have drinks other than water like most dealerships and it made it much nicer waiting with a good refreshment. After several days of owning the Bike, my buddy's have shown me how to handle the big beauty and now I feel very comfortable riding her. The torque is pretty much endless. I've already done highway riding and even cruising at 70-80 I can pull the throttle to pass and she will still jump and go FAST QUICKLY.They also gave me a new battery on the Bike because it came with a bad one into the shop so that was also nice. Now, I know they pay attention to the reviews, so here are my few critiques:1 Wash the bike before you let someone drive off with it. To me, we are doing business with beautiful machines and with a lot of money involved and with that involved I shouldn't be driving off on a dirty Bike. Not the end of the world because I washed and waxed her myself, but still.
2 maybe get some chairs somewhere in the show room. While waiting on the loan that always takes forever because I'd assume most people have loans. I didn't want to sit in front of Carlos for an hour or so because it just felt awkward while he is doing business and we are waiting to hear back from the institution and all that. Sitting on bikes is great for the first thirty minutes but then you just might want a regular chair to just sit in that isn't completely blocked off by amazing Bikes.
3 having a no touch sign on an amazing ride is just lame because people love to examine and sit on their dream rides. That 40,000 bike you got is special and should be handled with care but if you are worried about finger prints then get a damn microfiber cloth and some show spray and wipe any off that you see, you know? It just kind of kills that biker laid back chill vibe and doesn't allow people to just sit in their dream bike they might want to one day buy and then they choose you because you were one of the only ones that let them experience it all those years ago.Overall: great place, awesome crew. Love my bike and do not regret it or where I bought her from.Nik Ladner
